We're looking for a trend-driven Dresses Buyer to develop an exciting, commercially successful collection that reflects our customer and responds to the latest market trends.\/p>
Key Responsibilities\/h3> Develop and deliver trend-led, commercially balanced dress collections.\/li> Drive product strategy, sales, margin and profitability.\/li> Manage OTB, in-season trading, reorders and markdowns.\/li> Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, quality and lead times.\/li> Analyse sales, trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.\/li> Collaborate with Design, Merchandising and wider teams to deliver the seasonal range.\/li>\/ What You'll Bring\/h3> Proven experience in dresses buying and product development.\/li> Strong trend awareness and commercial acumen.\/li> Experience managing OTB, trading and supplier negotiations.\/li> Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.\/li> A proactive, adaptable approach in a fast-paced retail environment.\/li>\/
