A global luxury retailer, specialising in beauty and luxury accessories is looking for a sales manager to run one of its multi-million turnover, flagship stores. Responsibilities
The role of deputy manager will see you managing a large team to drive sales through delivering the highest standards of service. This business strives to deliver an elevated level of service that you won\’t find on the high street. Alongside driving service, you\’ll be responsible for the commercial performance of a luxury product category. You will also assume responsibility for the training, performance, and development of your team. This role is unlike no other and requires an outgoing, highly motivated, and excellent people manager to be successful in the role.

Compensation
In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £33,000 with a performance related annual bonus of up to £4,000 per year. There is a generous bonus scheme and the opportunity to work less weekends over the course of the month.
