An exciting opportunity has come up for a country manager to join a European fashion manufacturer in Vietnam. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior leader to join a reputable fashion office to continue its growth and profitability. This role will require someone with good footwear experience, due to the main product base in factory.

The role:

  • Provide exceptional leadership, to continue the office's profit and development.
  • Ensure production and product is created in a timely and high-quality manner.
  • Manage the full office, including HR functions and legal matters.
  • Manage operational excellence looking at opportunities to move forward.
  • Ensure the supplier base is optimized and work with senior leaders.

The candidate:

  • Previous office management / country management experience with a European business.
  • Commercial with extensive P&L and strategy experience.
  • Able to manage large teams, to ensure continuous team development.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong footwear experience.
  • Speaking Vietnamese and Mandarin would be advantageous.
