An exciting opportunity has come up for a country manager to join a European fashion manufacturer in Vietnam. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior leader to join a reputable fashion office to continue its growth and profitability. This role will require someone with good footwear experience, due to the main product base in factory.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional leadership, to continue the office's profit and development
  • Ensure production and product is created in a timely and high quality manner
  • Manage the full office, including HR functions and legal matters
  • Manage operational excellence looking at opportunities to move forward
  • Ensure the supplier base is optimised and work with senior leaders

Qualifications

  • Previous office management / country management experience with a European business
  • Commercial with extensive P&N and strategy experience
  • Able to manage large teams, to ensure continuous team development
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong footwear experience
  • Communication skills in Vietnamese, Mandarin would be a bonus.
