We're partnering with a high-growth, commercially ambitious business working with major corporate clients, including blue-chip and purpose-led brands. They're now looking for a polished, driven Business Development Manager to join the team and play a key role in winning and growing new business.

The Role

  • Drive new business across corporate accounts
  • Build and deliver compelling pitches to senior stakeholders (C‑suite level)
  • Create high-quality proposals, tenders, and presentations
  • Develop long-term client relationships and grow key accounts
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver best‑in‑class solutions

  • Strong experience in a client-facing, commercial or business development role
  • Highly polished and confident communicator
  • Advanced Excel skills (essential)
  • Strong PowerPoint skills – able to build compelling, client‑ready decks
  • Experience pitching to senior stakeholders / C‑suite
  • Driven, proactive, and commercially minded
  • Background is flexible – candidates from fashion, consumer, recruitment, or other commercial sectors are all welcome.
