We\’re Hiring: Temporary Assistant Manager – Women\’s Fashion Brand

Location: Canterbury

Start Date: Immediate

Contract: 1 Month (Full-Time or Part-Time hours available)

The Role

As Temporary Assistant Manager, you\’ll work closely with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain our brand\’s high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Motivate and guide the team to hit sales targets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and styling advice
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Handle stock deliveries and replenishment
  • Lead by example on the shop floor

About You

  • Retail experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role (fashion preferred)
  • Confident, organised, and customer-focused
  • Able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding
  • Flexible, reliable, and ready to start immediately
  • Available for full-time or part-time shifts, including weekends
