We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Bid Coordinator to join our London Operational marketing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving proposal development to support our growth in the Building Engineering Practice and the wider Business groups that are operating in the UK.
Collaborating closely with all business group leads, you will help develop persuasive proposal documents and interview materials, showcasing our engineering capabilities and experience with impactful messaging. You will also lead the development of client plans that drive market expansion and revenue growth. The ideal candidate embodies professionalism, attention to detail, responsiveness, adaptability, and a passion for continuous improvement, with a deep appreciation for teamwork.

- Support pursuit teams in capture planning, proposal development, and interviews for project opportunities.
- Manage the entire process for Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) submitted to potential clients, including gathering necessary information, crafting compelling responses, and ensuring timely submission to qualify for further bidding stages on projects.
- Manage client and industry data, including tracking solicitation status and maintaining business development systems.
- Support strategic planning, including growth initiatives and key investments.
- Develop and implement client plans to enhance market share and client relationships.
- Execute marketing and branding initiatives, including content marketing, social media, and thought leadership.
- Create marketing collateral and ensure brand visibility through conferences, sponsorships, and industry associations.
- Facilitate internal communications, including content creation, webinars, and major internal meetings.
- Train and mentor employees on business development and marketing best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Demonstrated experience in writing compelling content based on information from technical staff.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.
- Demonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight.
