In the role of Project Principal General , we\’ll count on you to: Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project’s lifecycle (from development & initiation to close-out) Be responsible for any project assignment regardless of size, visibility, number of disciplines, technical complexity or staff involved Produce and coordinate multiple projects concurrently Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders Coordinate staffing and workload throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion of deliverables Track financial aspects of projects, adjusting work efforts to stay within budget and schedule Work with Accounting, Operational, and Business leadership for project reviews Implement QA/QC procedures Supervise large project teams and mentor less-experienced Project Managers Perform other duties as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor\’s degree in a related field 15 years of related experience At least 7 years of project management experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, and project management software Ability to interact with various design teams, with excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills Commitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned culture Preferred Qualifications A license or certification PMP certification (or equivalent) Familiarity with Primavera P3 or SureTrak software is preferred #LI-MW4 Note: The duplicate \’Required Qualifications\’ section has been consolidated for clarity.
