In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Creativity: A strong artistic flair and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Communication Skills: Ability to present concepts clearly and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and quality in all designs, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Time Management: Effectively prioritise tasks and manage time to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing and communications plans that drive engagement and elevate brand awareness, thought leadership, people, and project work across multiple channels.
  • Support in implementing global marketing and communications strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders, creative teams and technical partners.
  • Using InDesign to create an engaging user experience, creating interactive documents whilst being conversant with digital interfaces.
  • Using internal systems within our Intranet to update SharePoint and Visual Asset Library.
  • Conversant with marketing automation systems, to enable the professional delivery of invitations, newsletters and other announcements.
  • Partner with engineers, architects, designers, and other subject matter experts to develop marketing content, including presentations, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Help create marketing collateral and campaign materials such as brochures, presentations, digital assets, and promotional content.
  • Coordinate and support event marketing and event-related communications activities.
  • Perform additional marketing and communications duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience, built environment would be desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Service- and client-oriented personality with the ability to handle multiple assignments at a time and meet set deadlines.
  • Self-starter who can work well independently or in a team environment.
  • Understanding of GDPR and other data protection acts in a global context.
  • Experience using social networking/social media programs.
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or creative studies and or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a consulting environment and/or creative or marketing agency experience is preferred.
