About you
We are looking for a Team Lead with an electrical background who has:
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Professional accreditations
- The ability to handle multiple assignments
- Previous experience in a similar role
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture
As an Electrical Team Lead, we will count on you to:
- Assist in the responsibility for operations of respective business class including staff development, resource management, timecard monitoring, and quality control
- Assist in ensuring all work is planned, organised, controlled, and coordinated with Project Managers
- Assist in selection, training, development, and management of technical personnel
- Be prepared to manage a group of up to 8 members of technical staff within respective business class
- Management of contingent workers
- Continue to perform other duties as required by current role and job description
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 7 years experience
- Professional registration, license, or certification may be required based on role
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
- Good leadership and organizational skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
