Junior Proposals Coordinator/Designer Responsibilities:

  • Support pursuit teams in capture planning, proposal development, and interview preparation for project opportunities.
  • Assist in managing the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) process, including gathering information, drafting responses, and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Contribute to the layout and design of proposals and presentation materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Help maintain client and industry data, tracking solicitation status and supporting business development systems.
  • Assist in developing and implementing client plans aimed at market expansion and relationship building.
  • Support the execution of marketing and branding efforts, such as social media, thought leadership, and internal campaigns.
  • Help create visually engaging marketing collateral, conference materials, and branded content for industry events.
  • Support internal communications initiatives, including webinars and key internal meetings.
  • Learn and share best practices in business development, marketing, and visual storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
  • Excellent written communication and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical content into clear and compelling messaging.
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally within a supportive team environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.
