As a Principal Project Manager / Data Center, your responsibilities include:
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensuring commissioning processes for engineering services are thoroughly planned, managed, and documented.
- Delivering client commitments on time, meeting quality standards.
- Utilizing management systems effectively to meet objectives.
- Providing consultative advice on commissioning strategies, scope, and programs.
- Proactively managing commissioning activities throughout project cycles with contractors and vendors.
Additional duties include:
- Engaging with team members to improve systems and procedures.
- Acting as a technical champion in specific areas.
- Promoting the company through marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining safety standards and compliance.
- Working diligently and professionally.
- Ensuring high-quality deliverables and technical compliance.
- Collaborating with clients and contractors on commissioning strategies.
- Adopting company management systems for project execution.
- Monitoring project finances and controlling costs.
- Attending meetings and preparing detailed reports.
- Developing commissioning documents, procedures, and test scripts.
- Reporting scope changes and evaluating project progress and challenges.
General Duties
- Preparing for testing activities.
- Supporting tender development.
- Completing timesheets accurately.
- Supporting team members proactively.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Engineering degree or equivalent; project management experience with professional memberships preferred.
- At least 5 years in project or commissioning management, familiar with quality and environmental policies.
- Strong communication skills, client-focused, adaptable, and results-oriented.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Flexible working hours and willingness to travel.
- Team player with strong relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Willing to travel to site locations.
- Experienced engineer, licensed PE or technician with strong MEP knowledge.
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and Project.

- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
