We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Content Marketing Executive to support the delivery of seasonal collections and campaign assets for a successful fashion lifestyle brand. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ensuring all creative outputs are prepared, consistent with brand guidelines, and delivered on time across digital and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Collection & Campaign Assets
- Create, manage and deliver assets for seasonalcollections and local and internationalcampaigns, including homepage banners, PDP, collection pages, email, paid ads (static, video cutdowns, UGC edits, resizes), Tapcart updates, push notifications, and in-store/POP assets.
- Ensure files are accurate, formatted correctly, and uploaded by deadlines with minimal revisions required.
Maintain Brand Consistency & Briefing Support
- Apply brand guidelines (visual concept and tone) consistently across all creative touchpoints, including digital, retail and pop-ups.
- Create clear briefs/moodboards for each collection before asset production begins outlining required deliverables across e-commerce, paid, email, Tapcart and push notifications.
- Ensure all campaigns follow a unified brand identity with briefs approved in advance, avoiding rework at production stage.
Organise & Optimise Asset Delivery
- Manage the full lifecycle of assets, including cropping, resizing, naming and filing.
- Keep Airtable software updated to track progress of deliverables.
- Share clear weekly status updates with managers and contributors.
Support Seasonal Shoot Outputs
- Process and deliver assets from seasonal shoots (e.g. Westonbirt, Green House, Library).
- Prepare e-commerce, email, and campaign-ready files.
- Finalise, document and integrate shoot outputs into live campaigns alongside new collection deliverables.
Success Measures
- Campaign assets delivered on time with minimal revisions.
- Consistency maintained across all channels.
- Assets are well-organised and easy to locate, uploaded on time with transparent progress tracking across teams.
- Backlog cleared by agreed deadlines and integrated into campaigns.
About You:
- Digital Marketing graduate (or similar) with 1–5 years’ experience in content marketing, creative production or digital marketing.
- Proficient design or content editing skills, (Adobe Creative Suite, Canvaor similar).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Eye for accuracy and timely delivery of creative assets.
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with clear communication skills.
- UK-based living within a commutable distance of Bristol.
