The Brand
They are a small but growing brand based in Manchester who are looking for a Social Media Executive to be the voice of their brands across various social media platforms, crafting engaging content that fosters meaningful connections and builds thriving online communities.
- Identify target audience segments and tailor content to engage and grow these communities.
- Create, design, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across all social media platforms (including, but not exclusive to, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Track and analyse social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
- Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and impact.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Around 2-3 years of experience working on brand social media accounts, preferably within an agency or similar creative environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices for organic and paid campaigns.
The salary is £30k depending on experience and there is also a discretionary company bonus scheme of up to 10%. It also offers 25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday. It is 5 days a week in the office with no hybrid working.
