A fashion supplier in Manchester is looking to recruit a Sales Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with their key accounts, ensuring their product needs are met while driving sales performance.
The Brand
They are an established fashion supplier in Manchester and they are recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join their growing Sales Team. You’ll manage a portfolio of established clients, ensuring excellence in service and strategically unlocking further potential for account expansion.
The Role
- Track, analyse, and report on account performance in relation to sales targets and cash margin, offering recommendations and action plans to senior leadership to drive future growth.
- Take the lead in sell-in meetings with buyers, identifying growth opportunities, suggesting new products, stock swaps, or introducing best sellers in new colourways.
- Maintain regular collaboration with the Marketing team on quarterly plans, offering input to boost sell-through, analysing statistics, and providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with the Design Team to ensure seamless preparation for seasonal sell-ins.
- Analyse financial data and performance metrics to develop annual strategic plans for each channel and client, aligned with broader commercial goals, including defined KPIs and success measures.
- Oversee and manage key accounts to ensure alignment with company profitability, client expectations, and personal growth objectives.
About You
- Experience as an Account Manager for a fashion supplier is essential.
- Background in wholesale operations, with hands-on experience in managing and scaling wholesale channels.
- Analytical and commercially aware.
Salary
The salary for this role is up to £45k and the role is 4 days a week in the office and 1 day from home.
