Reporting directly to the owners, you’ll work closely with brand, partnerships, finance, and creative teams to deliver a best-in-class strategy that strengthens global positioning and supports ambitious growth targets.
The Role
- Developing and overseeing the full marketing calendar, ensuring all departments align to shared deadlines and commercial priorities.
- Presenting insights and action plans in trade meetings to guide future decisions and maximise ROI.
- Staying ahead of cultural, digital, and fashion trends to keep the brand at the forefront of its market.
- Ensuring all launches are fully planned, scheduled, and delivered on time across social, digital, and web channels.
- Leading creative direction meetings and weekly social reviews, ensuring teams have clear sign-offs, concepts, and execution plans.
- Overseeing influencer outreach and partnerships to achieve global reach and drive site traffic.
- Protecting and managing the brand’s public image, including during sensitive or crisis moments.
- Conducting in-depth reporting and analysis to determine channel performance, sales impact, and areas for optimisation.
- Using data to identify where to invest for stronger traffic, brand awareness, and audience growth.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior marketing role, ideally as a Head of Marketing within a fast-scaling digital or fashion business.
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

- Hybrid working (1 day from home per week).
