A prestigious luxury British heritage department store is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their Store Project Management team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an iconic retail environment, working on the transformation and elevation of store spaces.
As a Project Coordinator, you will work alongside the Store Project Manager, collaborating with the Buying Team to design and enhance retail spaces for new brands. You will play a key role in creating technical drawings, ensuring accurate measurements and elevations, and managing project-related administration, including health & safety and building regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- CAD Drawings & Design: Produce detailed technical drawings, ensuring accuracy in measurements and elevations.
- Project Coordination: Support the Store Project Manager in delivering store transformations and brand space developments.
- Work closely with the Buying Team to bring new retail concepts to life.
- Regulatory Compliance: Manage regulations and other project-related admin tasks.
- Experience in construction project management or retail store design.
- Proficiency in CAD software with hands-on experience in producing technical drawings.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and building compliance is a plus.
