FLT Driver / Yard person
The successful candidate MUST have been driving a Counterbalance FLT for a minimum of 30 hours per week for the last 6 months.
The ideal candidate will have similar experience and in date valid counterbalance licence.
- Start date is ASAP
- General duties
- Loading and unloading various types of materials
- Loading pallets of concrete bars,
- Moving stock and materials around site
- Housekeeping daily cleaning of the site.
- Supervising unload sand / cement.
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
- Keeping the site clean, tidy and organised
- Hours / Pay
- 40hrs per week (1/2 hour unpaid break per day) 40hrs paid per week
- Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm
What we’re looking for
- A valid external Counterbalance FLT licence is essential
- In-house FLT licences will NOT be accepted
- Previous Counterbalance experience
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, varied role
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Good attitude
