Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an OOH RVN to join our friendly team here at Farthings – Up to £30,000 Pro Rata

Farthings Veterinary Group aim to offer exceptional patient care and a reliable emergency service to our surrounding area. A RCVS Approved Veterinary Nurse Training Practice, we invest into our Nursing Team and their careers.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Working a 7 nights on and 14 off rota – plus bank holiday days, with the option to do additional OOH day shifts
  • Teaming up with an on-call vet – ideal for building confidence in sole charge
  • Working alongside a twilight nurse, so you stay connected to the daytime team
  • Caring for inpatients, assisting with emergencies, and supporting SVN training in ECC

  • A qualified, RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse
  • Someone who communicates clearly and works well under pressure
  • Confident in working solo for periods of time
