We have an exciting opportunity for a Stock Controller to join our Warehouse team in Wimborne, Dorset. We are offering this position on a full‑time, permanent basis, Monday‑Friday. Hours of work are either 8am‑4pm or 9am‑5pm.

The Stock Controller is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring smooth stock flow throughout the warehouse. The role involves monitoring, recording and ensuring the accuracy of all stock movements, carrying out regular cycle counts, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy within IFS and associated systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts.
  • Monitor stock movements to ensure all inbound and outbound transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy within IFS.
  • Allocate and replenish picking locations based on demand and forecast.
  • Identify slow‑moving, excess, or obsolete stock and highlight risks early.
  • Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure smooth stock flow.
  • Support goods‑in teams with accurate booking in and quality checks.
  • Help coordinate stock transfers between locations/sites.
  • Identify and report any safety, health, environmental and quality incidents within the warehouse.
  • Ensure stock handling processes comply with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Flexibility and ability to support Admin Support role and activities.
