We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Communication team in Wimborne as a PR & Partnerships Executive. We are offering this position on a full-time permanent basis, working hybrid 2-3 days at our head office in Wimborne.
Farrow & Ball are a luxury British lifestyle brand that prides itself in creating richly pigmented paint and handcrafted wallpaper, using print methods dating back 300 years and the finest quality ingredients. The unique Farrow & Ball look transforms modern and traditional homes, large and small, inside and out. The PR & Partnerships Executive will support the delivery of Farrow & Ball’s global PR, influencer, and brand partnerships activity. Working closely with the PR Manager and wider Communications team, this role will play an important part in the day‑to‑day running of the press office while supporting the growth and management of the brand’s international partnerships and influencer programmes. The position is suited to someone with some early experience in PR, communications, influencer marketing, or partnerships who is looking to develop their career within a fast‑paced global brand environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Press Office & Media Relations
- Support the PR Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the Farrow & Ball press office.
- Manage product call‑ins for shoots, editorial requests, and influencer activity where relevant.
- Coordinate image and asset requests from media and partners.
- Assist with research, fact‑finding, statistics collation, and drafting quotes for brand spokespeople.
- Maintain and update international media databases and press lists.
- Develop and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, and media contacts across key markets.
- Support pitching activity to secure product placement and editorial coverage.
- Assist with the creation of media grids and campaign reporting for product launches and brand initiatives.
- Provide PR support for showroom‑level initiatives and local market activations where required.
- Monitor domestic and international press coverage daily and flag key placements to the wider team.
- Support the day‑to‑day management of Farrow & Ball’s international influencer and partnerships community.
- Assist with the coordination of influencer campaigns including product gifting, order management, timelines, and tracking.
- Manage the roster of gifted influencers and place product orders for the communications team.
- Support relationship management with content creators, tastemakers, and brand collaborators.
- Help manage the content pipeline by ensuring assets are received, organised, rights‑tracked, and shared with internal teams across marketing, retail, and brand.
- Conduct research and audits of potential partners, creators, and collaborators to identify new partnership opportunities and ensure strong brand alignment.
- Support the planning and execution of partnerships, launches, campaigns, and events in collaboration with internal teams across Marketing, Brand, Retail, and PR.
- Contribute to the development of processes and toolkits that support the growth and effectiveness of influencer and partnerships activity.
- Provide general press office administration and logistical support.
- Support coordination with Farrow & Ball’s network of international PR agencies.
- Compile campaign, event, and project recap reports.
- Track and collate coverage secured across campaigns, including influencer posts and estimated reach.
- Maintain records and reporting for influencer and partnership outputs.
- Monitor competitor activity and share relevant insights with the PR and Communications team.
- Organise press gifts and support the logistics of press and partnership events.
- Assist with forecasting and tracking outputs across influencer and partnership activity.
Key Attributes:
- Some professional experience within PR, communications, influencer marketing, partnerships, or a related field.
- Excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail and grammar.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence working with external partners.
