One of our clients is looking for an Apprenticeship Programme Quality Manager to support their small but busy team. They are specialists within data science and have ambitious plans to expand their apprenticeship delivery this year. Therefore, they are looking for someone with experience of ESFA funding rules and compliance, knowledge of ILR requirements and a working knowledge of Ofsted guidelines and inspections.
THIS IS A HOME BASED ROLE. Therefore, an independent self-starter who can work on their own initiative as well as being a team player is required. This is a busy and demanding role which requires someone who works well under pressure and with an evolving job description to respond to the demands of the business.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and potential

Role Specification:
- Planning, management and coordination of the delivery of the Project Data Analyst Apprenticeship across multiple cohorts
- Liaison with organisational contacts to promote the apprenticeship and develop a pipeline of candidates
- Liaison with the marketing lead to develop promotional material and celebrate success
- Key point of contact for apprentices, work-related mentors, employers and course team taking responsibility for supporting, monitoring, assessing and reporting on apprentices' progress
- Ongoing management of candidate eligibility, enrolment and registration processes including updating relevant systems
- Development of individual learning plans alongside course trainer and ongoing monitoring/feedback
- Evaluation of candidate progress and implementation of customer satisfaction and quality improvement processes
- Developing and embedding apprenticeship compliance and governance processes
- Ownership of audit processes and ensuring OFSTED and ESFA compliance measures are adhered to
- Coordination of training materials and course content in collaboration with course team
- Quality management of the apprenticeship
- Development and maintenance of strong working relationships with external Quality Assurers (LRS) and other professional bodies as required
- To conduct other duties as requested to meet the needs of the business including accounts and ISO27001 procedures
- Individual Learner Record (ILR) processing
- Experience with OneFile and previous ILR processing is Desirable
- Experience with ESFA Compliance is Desirable
- Other duties as defined by the CEO to respond to the emerging needs of the business

- Confident, outgoing and with the maturity to connect with more experienced apprentices
- A self-starter able to shape and manage your own workload independently, as well as being a team player capable of bringing everyone together as required
- Understanding and depth of experience relating to apprenticeship standards, compliance and governance processes
- Strong multi-tasking and management skills
- Calm and doesn’t get flustered
- Experience of embedding policies and procedures and encouraging others to adhere to these
- Excellent written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail
