Our client is an Apprenticeship training provider with their own contract for delivering apprenticeships. They deliver a range of subjects, with pockets of delivery across the country.
Due to a new contract, they are now looking for a number of Freelance Leadership and Management Tutors / Assessors. The ideal candidates will have experience in delivering Apprenticeships in Team Leading at Level 3 and Operations Manager at L5, as well as ILM qualifications.
The apprenticeship learners are all based within a large levy paying logistics company, giving easy access to the learners. A background in logistics would be beneficial but certainly not essential.
Under the current climate, the bulk of the delivery is currently online, via Zoom and using eportfolio but learner visits will take place for observations when restrictions allow.
This is a new position within a successful training provider that places learner satisfaction at the heart of their delivery. Good rates of monthly pay per learner, depending on experience, plus immediate start are available for the right people.
