Our client is a fast-growing, innovative provider of leadership and management training services including apprenticeships. They run several invaluable, high impact services via cutting edge digital platforms, unique learning content and in-person training to drive results and deliver performance. Their clients include M&S Bank, Airbus, EY, HSBC, Citrix, Avis Budget Group, several NHS Trusts and local authorities, as well as many more clients across a broad scope of industries and sectors.

Role Description

With continued growth the client now wants to develop dedicated commercial teams to harness the opportunity from its complete product and service portfolio. Apprenticeships have been a rapid growth area in recent years, and a new Head of team is required to focus on this service area and to help more clients from across sectors to benefit from their unique approach.

Person specification

  • Great track record of business development driving growth in the apprenticeships industry, specifically in leadership and management
  • In depth experience of the wider Learning and development field and commercial decision-making processes
  • Experience of building and leading successful sales teams in our industry
  • Fantastic network of influence and contacts across the sector
  • Credible in presenting to groups and representing a quality focussed brand
  • Collaborative business operator able to engage and inspire aspiration amongst both clients and colleagues.
