Farrington Recruitment is currently working with an FE College in North London who are looking for a Director of Finance & Operations. The right candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the College’s future success and will join at an exciting time in their evolution. We are looking for someone who is engaging, proactive, influential and aligned to our values; someone who will lead change management and who will support and motivate colleagues to be as efficient as possible with their budget, operations and team to drive high performance.
The successful candidate will have:
- a track record of successful financial and operational leadership and building effective teams
- high ethical standards and influencing skills with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders
- entrepreneurial instincts and a willingness to think differently about identifying and exploiting commercial opportunities
