Due to expansion, one of our clients is looking to recruit an experienced Construction Tutor / Assessor to work with learners in the London area. With over 40 years experience in the construction industry, they deliver a wide range of NVQ courses to a range of construction and demolition companies. They are now looking for tutors / assessors in:
- Site Management (must be qualified to L6)
- Construction and related subjects for L2 and L3
Qualifications & Skills:
- Level 3 Assessors Award or equivalent
- Computer Skills
- Office Skills (Word & Emails)
- Construction Experience
Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- To maintain consistently high standards of assessment service
- To carry out on-site assessments in any given location where applicable
- To provide support to candidates regarding evidence requirements
- To create Observation Reports after site visits
- To collect competence evidence
- To complete Professional Discussions with candidates
- Maintain contact with candidates at least every third week
- To complete cross-referencing of evidence against criteria specified
- Respond to Internal Quality Assessor’s feedback with appropriate actions
