Due to expansion, one of our clients is looking to recruit a Learning & Development Tutor for Project Management/Management Apprenticeships. Our client is a training provider who delivers Apprenticeships in various fields including Project Management and Management.

They are looking for a Learning and Development Tutor to support learners working towards Associate Project Manager Level 4 or Management level 3 or level 5. The position is based at home with visits to Training Centres to deliver face-to-face lessons as required. The Tutor would be required to visit apprentices and/or employers in their workplace as required; a driving licence and own vehicle are therefore essential.

We are looking for someone who has occupational experience in project management/management and preferably holds a project management qualification.

Overview of role requirements:

  • Deliver training sessions to groups of learners, either remotely or face-to-face.
  • Deliver functional skills qualifications up to L2.
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of qualifications.
  • Plan and organise own workload.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed.
  • Utilise digital learning platforms.
  • Good communication skills.

We will provide you with the necessary support and training you need to become a great Learning and Development Tutor. The hours of work are 36.5 and they offer a competitive salary. They offer 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays in year 1, increasing each year to 30 days plus Bank Holidays after completion of 5 years’ service. They have an early finish on Friday. Part-time will be considered.

  • A good level of maths and English.
  • Occupational competence.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Car user.
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK indefinitely and without restriction.

Desirable role requirements:

  • Teaching Qualification – PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE.
  • Project Management qualification.
