Our client is an Apprenticeship Training Provider with their own direct contract with the ESFA. However, the apprenticeship provision forms only a small part of a much larger and very successful commercial training company. The company as a whole is very well established and are leaders in online learning and virtual forms of delivery.
Due to expansion within the apprenticeship delivery, they are now urgently looking for a programme / operations manager. This is an exciting new position where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to have a real impact on how the apprenticeship provision moves forward.
The ideal candidate will have end to end knowledge of apprenticeships - ideally with a background in digital or business related apprenticeship delivery. This will be a very important position within a small team so a 'hands-on' approach will be very important.
The successful candidate will deal with employers, learners and internal staff members on a daily basis. They will have a demonstrable background within operations at other apprenticeship training providers. A broad knowledge of apprenticeships, data requirements, funding rules, compliance and quality will be required along with excellent communications skills.
This is a predominately home-based role but the expectation is that the successful candidate will work from the office in Slough 1 or 2 days per week. A very generous salary package is available for the successful candidate which is certainly in line with industry standard.
