Farrington Recruitment are working with an award-winning talent and skills organisation with proven experience of developing businesses and individuals. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to work from their head office in York.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable sales background, preferably within the commercial training sector, and must be able to hit the ground running. The role will involve identifying and approaching businesses with a view to selling training services to corporate clients both locally and regionally.
A training background would be beneficial as would a high level of drive and passion. The courses delivered by the company are a mixture of commercial and part funded, so knowledge of the sector would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will be the driving force behind developing new revenue streams and generating consistent sales opportunities, pitching the company's services and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
