Farrington Recruitment are proud to be working with a large levy paying employer who now deliver their own Apprenticeships through their internal training division. Due to expansion, they are currently looking for an Apprenticeship Skills Coach / Trainer / Assessor for their internal Apprenticeship programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled training professional to join a forward-thinking business and play an integral role guiding learners through the completion of their Apprenticeship standards. The job role is to project manage a caseload of apprenticeship learners on programmes such as Customer Services, Team Leader, Hospitality and in particular, Leadership & Management.

The learners are based in a variety of different locations; this role will be based out of their Epsom office and the learners are located across Southern England. The Skills Coach will be responsible for delivering the learning through a mixture of online and face to face classroom teaching, monitoring and evidencing on and off the job training.

They will also manage the pastoral and welfare of the learners by regular contact with learners tracking learner progress. The candidate must have experience of working in apprenticeships and in delivering L&M qualifications up to Level 5. The candidate would be expected to deliver Functional Skills at Level 2 as part of the apprenticeship standard.
