Farrington Recruitment are currently looking for an Adult Skills Tutor / Assessor to work for one of our prestigious clients. The client is a UK training provider that works to strict morals and very high business ethics. They have recently been awarded a contract for AEB delivery in Bedfordshire and therefore require a tutor / assessor to help with that delivery, supporting predominantly unemployed individuals.
The job role will require:
- Assessor Qualification (A1/TAQA) and a teaching qualification (PTLLS/PGCE)
- Experience of teaching adults (in particular 30-45 age range)
- A motivational attitude
- Ability to complete accurate paperwork
- IT Literacy
- Ability to manage delivery profile (booking venues / mobilising learners & resources)
The candidate will not have to source learners. As this is a new contract, it is initially for a 3 month fixed term with the view to a permanent role. Immediate start is available for the right candidate.
