Conveyancing in the UK is broken. Severe delays, lack of transparency, and poor client experiences are endemic. The industry is fragmented, under pressure, and struggling to cope with growing complexity. Farringdon is changing that. We are a fully regulated conveyancing law firm built from the ground up around AI — designed to make one of the most stressful experiences in people's lives faster, clearer, and less opaque.

This is our first marketing hire. We are looking for someone to help us define what Farringdon stands for — and then tell the world about it.

What makes this role unusual:

  • You will be working across two very different audiences simultaneously: buyers and sellers who need trust and reassurance through a process that has historically given them neither, and estate agents and mortgage brokers who need to know that sending clients to Farringdon protects their reputation and their revenue.
  • You will also be shaping how a regulated business talks about AI — not as a cost‑cutting story, but as a better experience for people going through a high‑stakes moment in their lives.
  • There is no playbook for this. You will write it.

What you will own:

  • Farringdon's brand positioning, visual identity, and tone of voice across consumer and B2B audiences.
  • Go-to‑market strategy for estate agent and introducer acquisition.
  • Our first B2C campaigns — designing, testing, and iterating.
  • The Farringdon website and other collateral as a marketing and conversion asset.
  • A six‑figure marketing budget with high degree of agency and trust.
  • The foundation of a marketing team as we grow.

What we are looking for:

  • An early‑stage marketing background — you have built a function from scratch before and know what that actually involves.
  • AI fluency — you are already using AI tools daily to move faster, produce better work, and cover ground you could not cover alone.
  • Strong B2C and B2B experience — you understand that these are different problems and know how to hold both.
  • A sharp editorial instinct — you can translate AI and conveyancing into language that earns trust rather than confusion.
  • An analytical approach — you back strategy with evidence and know how to measure what matters.

What we offer:

  • The team behind Farringdon built the technology that powers 1 in 10 residential property transactions in the UK today. This is a founding hire with meaningful equity, real ownership, and the chance to build something from the ground up alongside people who know this industry and care deeply about changing it.
  • Competitive salary and equity.
  • Central London office with panoramic views.
  • Regular team lunches, socials, and barista coffee.
