As one of only a handful of Google Ad Grant Certified Professionals in the UK, we've become one of the country's leading specialist charity agencies, with clients spanning health, environment, education, arts, international development and more.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team where you'll receive hands‑on training, work directly with experienced paid media specialists and build a career in digital marketing that genuinely makes a difference.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for building, managing, optimising and reporting on a portfolio of Google Ad Grant accounts, while also supporting the delivery of paid media campaigns across Meta and other platforms.
Working closely with our Charity Programme Manager and wider paid media team, you’ll develop your technical knowledge, gain exposure to multiple advertising platforms and play a key role in helping charities achieve their goals.

- Collaborate with the wider team to share ideas and improve campaign performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest platform updates and paid media best practice.

- At least 1 year's experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

- Experience with GA4 is desirable.
- Experience with Meta Ads is advantageous.
- Google Ads certification is a bonus but not essential.
- Based in our London office with hybrid working available.
- This role is designed to develop into a client-facing Account Manager position, although candidates with the right experience may begin working directly with clients from day one.
- You’ll report to and work closely with our Charity Programme Manager while collaborating regularly with the wider paid media team and Business Director.
- You’ll receive ongoing training across Google Ads, Google Ad Grants, Meta Ads and other paid media platforms as you develop.
