A Site Accountant position, you will work closely with the Head of Finance and senior leadership team. The organisation is actively seeking someone who is keen to make the role their own. There is real progression available to the right candidate and a long-term view to progress as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting - Preparing accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Management Accounts Preparation – Preparing management accounts for multiple entities within the Group.
  • Cash Flow Management - Monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure the business can meet its financial obligations, optimising liquidity, and maintaining working capital.
  • Review and Approval - Present the management accounts to the management team for review and discussion. Make any necessary adjustments based on feedback and finalise the accounts.
Desirable Skills:
  • Part or Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
  • 2+ years’ experience of working in an SME group environment.
  • Ideally some knowledge of the Landmark Key Prime systems.
  • Some exposure to either agriculture or property management businesses.
