My client is a leading secondary school, looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to lead on promoting the implementation of a marketing & communication strategy that primarily focuses on maximising recruitment of students to the school, whilst also enhancing the school’s relationship with current parents and the wider local community. The role combines both strategic thinking with proactive marketing activity. You’ll support the school’s strategic growth by collaborating with leadership to develop a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy, consistently promoting the school’s brand across digital and traditional channels. This includes managing a yearly marketing plan, identifying PR opportunities, and overseeing the school website. You’ll ensure cohesive, branded messaging in all internal and external communications, manage outreach to parents and the community. You’ll proactively engage with local businesses and organisations, looking to forge partnerships to enhance the schools wider offering for its students.
