We are currently searching for an HR Coordinator that is fluent in Romanian.
Main responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR team.
- Supporting the HR Business Partner with HR admin tasks.
- Assisting with employee onboarding.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data.
- Handling employment and tenancy reference requests.
- Identifying, suggesting, and implementing improvements in HR processes.
- Supporting the HR team in delivering global and divisional HR practices efficiently.
- Ensuring best HR practices are upheld at all times.
Who we are looking for:
- CIPD Level 3 qualified is preferred
- Romanian Speaking (essential)
- Intermediate / Advanced knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, HR Database, Word and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
