An experienced Data Analyst is required to support operational and leadership teams by turning complex data into clear, actionable insight. This is a hands‐on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the operation and seeing the direct impact of their work across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse operational, preparation and service‐centre data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
  • Process-map the end‐to‐end operational journey, highlighting inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
  • Build, maintain and improve interactive dashboards and reports to support real-time decision making.
  • Work closely with leadership and operational teams to deliver actionable insights that drive performance and profitability.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across multiple systems.
  • Identify gaps in current systems and data usage, supporting business cases for improvement.
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a Data Analyst role, ideally within retail or manufacturing.
  • Advanced Power BI experience (2+ years essential).
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to interrogate full databases.
  • Strong Excel capability.
  • Experience analysing large, complex datasets.
  • Confident data visualisation skills.
  • An inquisitive, analytical mindset with strong problem‐solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical insight for non‐technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organisation and time‐management skills.
  • Familiarity with databases and data warehousing concepts.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
Bonus (not essential)
  • Python experience.
  • Exposure to project management or change initiatives.
