The Role We are seeking a qualified accountant who thrives at the intersection of finance, systems, change, and delivery. This is not a traditional finance role, nor is it a pure project management position. Working closely with leadership, you will initially support live client workstreams, product development, and internal operations, progressively taking full ownership as the business scales. You will get under the bonnet of complex finance processes, turn ambiguous requirements into clear solutions, test outputs, and drive projects through to completion. Sometimes the solution will involve AI; often it will be better process design, clearer controls, or streamlined software workflows.
