My client is a well-respected secondary school, based in North London. An HR Manager is sought to work closely with the Headteacher and the wider senior leadership team.
The role leads a small HR team to deliver a high quality, consistent approach in terms of policies, procedures, systems and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the strategic plan transfers into workable HR initiatives across the school. You will support and advise colleagues and school staff on a range of HR processes, to include recruitment and onboarding, employee relations and employment law.
You’ll refine systems and processes that enable the school to effectively analyse the HR data, making best use of the HR systems, ensuring meaningful and accurate data is established and shared with key stakeholders. You’ll manage a range of projects and will support the school in leading, developing and implementing strategic and operational activities.
