About The Company:

The Role:
Acting as the conduit between Finance and Operations, this role would suit a forward-thinking Accountant with strong Business Partnering experience. The position will see the right person working closely with the FD/ CFO and SLT, leading on all Reporting and Forecasting as well as ad-hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the UK MD and FD to ensure key weekly financials are accurately reported.
- Being a hands-on and key member of the team, partnering closely with the output team.
- Leading on all matters relating to costing and commercial operations.
- Developing and guiding the finance forecasting, including costing and actuals analysis.
Desirable Skills:
- CIMA/ ACCA Qualified with a demonstrable background in Manufacturing Businesses.
- Advanced Excel User
- Demonstrable background in leadership and business partnering.
