We are working with a highly regarded and well-established East Kent based accountancy practice that is looking to appoint a Private Client Tax Supervisor as part of its continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced personal tax professional who is keen to progress their career within a supportive, partner-led environment.
Responsibilities
- A varied portfolio of private clients, covering a mix of personal tax compliance and advisory work
- Involvement in technical and project-based assignments led directly by partners
- Exposure to planning work including HNW individuals, trusts, estates and complex tax matters
- Supervising, mentoring and developing junior members of the tax team
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building long-term trusted relationships
Qualifications
- Around 3+ years’ personal tax experience gained within an accountancy practice
- ATT and CTA qualification (or CTA finalist with strong progress)
- Strong technical knowledge combined with a commercial, client-focused approach
- A genuine desire to progress and take on increased responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work closely with partners
