We are recruiting for a Credit Control Administrator to join a successful maintenance and installation business on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a high-volume, data-driven and analytical role, supporting the credit control and sales ledger function by ensuring the team has accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Uploading information to client portals
- Maintaining and updating Excel worksheets and records
- Checking invoices and supporting documentation
- Verifying that works have been completed so invoices can be raised
- Ensuring data is accurate and ready for billing
- Providing general administrative support to the credit control function
- Liaising with internal teams and clients where required
We are looking for someone who is immediately available, ideally based within a commutable distance of Greenwich, with an understanding of credit control and sales ledger processes. You will need strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail, polished communication skills and good IT capability, particularly Excel. Although this is a junior position, our client is looking for someone with a solid and consistent employment history, demonstrating reliability, commitment and a genuine willingness to develop.
