Partner Designate/ Director

I am working exclusively with a highly successful, modern accountancy practice in Central London, backed by private equity, as they look to appoint a Partner Designate / Director to help lead the next phase of their growth. This is a genuine leadership opportunity for a qualified, RI-issued practice all-rounder who has spent their career in practice and is now ready to take a significant step forward. The successful candidate will have a strong grounding across accounts, management accounts, tax, outsourcing and some audit, but technical ability alone is not the focus. My client is looking for someone who is commercially minded, highly personable and able to build trusted relationships with clients.
