Senior Practice Bookkeeper in Kent

A prominent and highly regarded firm of accountants based in the Dartford area is looking to recruit an experienced Practice Bookkeeper to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and wants to work with a broad range of clients, from smaller owner-managed businesses through to companies with turnover of up to £10 million. The Role The position offers an excellent balance of hands-on bookkeeping and review work, giving you the opportunity to use your existing practice experience while developing your technical and review skills. Responsibilities will include: Preparing and reviewing bookkeeping records for a varied portfolio of clients. Carrying out bookkeeping and associated accounting tasks across a range of businesses. Reviewing work prepared by an overseas outsourced function and ensuring it meets the firm's required standards. Working with clients with turnovers ranging from smaller businesses through to approximately £10 million.
