The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We currently have multiple exciting, high density residential schemes in London and are looking for Architects or Technicians with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join our growing delivery team. This is a great opportunity to oversee all aspects of the detailed design and construction process of large mixed used projects with a strong emphasis on high quality housing.
Responsibilities may include:
- Work collaboratively in a design team through detailed design stages.
- Lead the coordination and production of technical architectural packages
- Oversee and mentor junior staff
- 2D and 3D modelling and technical drawing production
- Attend and/or lead client meetings and/or coordination workshops
Qualifications and skills required:
- Experience working on residential London developments is preferred.
- Knowledge of UK Building regulations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in producing architectural packages for tender and/or construction.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, in addition to Revit, is useful
