Employment Law Opportunity - Remote Working and No Following Needed
Farrell Legal Recruitment is working with a growing and ambitious Employment team who are looking to add to their team.
The team are looking for a solicitor with experience in acting on high level Employment Law work (i.e. for C Suite employees).
The team could consider qualified solicitors at a range of levels from Associate (minimum of 2y PQE needed) up to Salaried Partner. There is no requirement for a client following.

- Remote working - this would suit an Employment Solicitor who is looking for flexibility to work from home. The team do have an office for client/team meetings where needed.
- Excellent quality work - the team are operating at the senior end of the market, largely on the employee side of things
- Career progression - the firm has ambitious growth plans and this would be a great time to join them with room for further progression
- Lots of work - the team don't need you to come with a book of business or client following. There is enough work at the firm. At the more senior end, this is a rare opportunity to join a firm as Partner without being pressurised to deliver on a client following.
About you
The team are happy to consider existing Partners who are looking to do something different. It could perhaps suit somebody working at a large national outfit who is growing frustrated and looking for a more flexible firm.
Equally, the team are happy to speak to Associates and Senior Associates who are looking to progress. The firm would be interested in candidates with at least 2y PQE.
The team is extremely busy so this is not a role for somebody looking to take a step back. Whilst there is complete flexibility with remote working, this is still a demanding and challenging role and the team is looking for somebody who is looking to step up and continue to push forward with their career.
At the moment, the work is heavily focused on top level employee work but the team can consider candidates with broader experience.
The team are interested in speaking to Solicitors who have experience dealing with complex Employment disputes and dealing with high level clients.
