About the Roles
We are recruiting across several positions within our branch hubs, including:
- Estate Agents
- Negotiators
Whether you’re an experienced estate agent, have industry knowledge and want to take the next step, or bring transferable skills from another sector, we’d like to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities will vary by role, but may include:
- Generating new business leads and following up on enquiries
- Negotiating property sales and securing new instructions
- Matching buyers with suitable properties
- Acting as the main point of contact between buyers and sellers
- Promoting additional services such as mortgage advice and conveyancing
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for property and strong local knowledge (preferred)
- The confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A target-driven approach with a desire to go above and beyond
- Estate agency experience is desirable, but we’ll also consider those with strong sales skills and ambition to learn
