Commercial law firm in Guildford is seeking to recruit a Corporate Senior Associate of 6 or more years’ PQE. This position offers a fantastic platform for career development as the successful candidate will enjoy high visibility (both within and outside the firm) and you will play a key role in business development and provide full partner support. You will work with the team on a full range of corporate transactions, including M&A, spin-out and venture capital transactions as well as providing on-going company law/corporate advice. You will also be expected to assist with the team’s business development activities. Previous experience running transactions from start to finish and also supervising juniors is also important.
