Strong commercial law firm in Bristol is looking to recruit a Real Estate Finance Of Counsel of 10 or more years’ PQE. This is a senior role offering significant client-facing responsibility and supervisory responsibilities within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading on complex, high-value transactions across our key sectors, acting as a trusted advisor to top-tier clients and driving strategic relationships.
- Having a lead role in managing key client accounts.
- Leading an ongoing project to increase the efficiency of the REF practice for repeat transactions, deploying project management techniques and technology, working with a pre-existing unit based in Bristol.
- Support to the Bristol-based Banking partner.
- Recruiting.
- Supervising associates.
- Management of the Bristol-based Paralegal team.
- Contributing to the development of the practice as part of the UK Banking team.
