Law firm in Reading is looking to recruit two Private Client (Wills Tax Trusts Estates) lawyers β one of 2 to 4 and the other of 5 or more yearsβ PQE. The successful candidates will be joining a busy team dealing with a wide range of matters and will be working in a friendly, professional department.
The team continues to grow and there is now an exciting opportunity for you to develop your career to join an expanding, busy team with high quality work in this area. Both roles will involve working with colleagues on larger matters whilst running your own caseload of smaller matters and benefitting from supervision (depending on PQE) and support from the widely experienced team.
Your day-to-day caseload will involve working on the full range of non-contentious matters including the preparation and drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as handling estate administration work (including advice relating to inheritance tax and the preparation of IHT accounts) for a wide range of private clients. The role will also involve the setting up and administration of Trusts.
